Import Competition

Step-by Step Process

Go to website: Competitions / Prizes / Export Allocations
Set date range / competition date /
Click Create / Download
Save .CSV to your computer
Open xClub
Select Config from main menu
Select Import Competition
Select Import tab
Select the Browse File icon
- Search for the competition file you have downloaded from your MiClub website
- Once select, the file will appear in the File Summary
Select the competition file you want to import
Select the Browse Account icon
- Search for and select your Prize account using the Customer Selector
Select Import
- Imported competitions will appear in History

Go to website:

Now open xClub / Config / Import Competition

To check a competition import is completed:

Select History tab
Click the green/white refresh button
- All imported competitions will appear in the list (adjust the date range if required) as shown in the example below.

In the event a competition has been imported and you try to import it again, the following messages will appear and the competition auto highlight red. You can go back to check the History to see if the competition has already been imported.
