Email Credit Expiry Balances to Members

MiClub XClub (MiMembership) allows you to email a reminder to all members that have a credit due to expire at the end of the month or financial year.

Quick Process

Select Financials
Select Credit Expiry
Enter date and time credits are due to expire (i.e. 1/10/2019 04:00:00)
Select All membership types
Select reset/update button
Highlight all members in the list
Select the Mail or Print option

To Email balances;

Create your letter template
Insert the Balances to Expire merge field in your letter body
Save and Email your letter
