Booking Limits allow you to configure timesheet booking limits for specific membership categories to restrict the amount of bookings made on a cyclical basis.
To configure Booking Limits - first navigate from the Admin Portal to the Fixtures Page and click Booking Limits:
The selector at the top of the screen allows you filter Booking Limits for a specific resource or booking course:
Adding a Booking Limit
To configure the limit, click Add New Booking Limit
Highlight the member category you wish to restrict bookings for and select the Limit Type, Limit amount and Gender:
To modify an existing Booking Limit click the Pencil:
Options available:
Member Type | Select either full member, visitor, public member or admin account |
Membership Category | The category of membership the limit will apply to |
Limit Type | Select Weekday, Weekend, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual or Custom Period |
Limit | The amount of bookings for the period selected |
Gender | Gender based for members within the selected membership category |
It is possible to allow late bookings to not be counted by the limit counter within specific timesheets or events by navigating to the timesheet. Configure Event > Details and Opening.
Limits for Summer/Winter Membership Categories
Create a new Booking Limit and use the Custom Date field to set the period of the membership period and the booking limit amount for the category
