On completion of this process the members will have a status of Inactive in the membership database. For customers with integration to MiClub Golf these members will not be able to login to the members portal or make a golf booking.


Quick Process

  • Create a Search of members e.g. members with an outstanding invoice balance
  • Select all members in the List View
  • Select Change icon (located bottom of screen)
  • Select Club Sync Active
  • Select False
  • Select OK
  • Select Yes


Note: To make an individual member active, manually tick the Active check box located on the Member Details screen. 


Step-by-Step Process


  • Create a Search of members - In this example we search for members with an outstanding invoice of more than 30 days
    • Open the Search window
    • Select Build Search tab
    • From the drop down menu, select the field options you want to apply and add them to your search criteria
    • Select Search

  • Your search results will appear in the Members List View screen. To make the status change from active to inactive;
    • Select all members in list (this can be done by clicking on in the empty cell located top left of screen)
    • Select Change icon (located bottom of screen)
    • The Change window will open
    • Select Club Sync Active from the first drop menu 
    •  Select False from the second drop menu
    • Select OK
    • Select Yes; you are sure you want to update Club Sync Active to False


  • To make an individual member active again, manually tick the Active check box located on the Member Details screen.
