Display member's Vaccination status on Timesheet & Restrict with Booking Rules

Record the vaccination status of a member in the member profile to display status of Vaccinated icon on the booked cell of the timesheet for each member. The icon can only be viewed by administrator logins.

Please Note:

• There is no integration to update member profiles from membership system integration 
• Members cannot add their vaccination certificate or update status through the web site
• Copy of the vaccination certificate cannot be stored in the Member Directory

Restrict by Row to only permit by Vaccination Status with Booking Rules

To activate functionality requires a signed agreement received by MiClub, please enquire with your account manager for an agreement to be sent to club management

Quick Process

Enable Vaccination Status

1. Login with Root or Member Administrator security role
2. Select Membership > Member Directory
3. Search and Select for Member
4. Select the 'Vaccination; status of member in drop-down
5. Update
6. Preview Timesheet with the member booking to confirm First Aid icon displays

Restrict bookings by Vaccinated status in Booking Rules

1. For current booking rules
   
   1. Select Bookings > Booking Rules
   2. Find Booking Rule in List then Edit
   3. Select the minimum status to be permitted to play ie Booster requires all players to have Booster status
   4. Save Booking Rule
   5. Vaccinated restriction is now active
   6. Rows with Vaccinated only Booking Rules applied to timesheets and templates will not need to be updated
2. For New booking rules
   1. Create or clone a Booking Rule
   2. Select Member Categories
   3. Select any other parameter eg Gender, Age, Hcp
   4. Select the minimum status to be permitted to play ie Booster requires all players to have Booster status
   5. Save
   6. Rows in timesheets and templates will need to have the new booking rule applied 

Note: Members attempting to book into 'Vaccinated' status only rows will not reference a restriction notice due to vaccination status. Members will need to make contact with club administration to be advised of restriction purpose.

Add/Edit Vaccination Status

Access the top Menu Members > Vaccination Statuses

1. Add Status ie for further boosters
2. Adjust Icon colour
3. Move status up or down stage
4. Remove Status

Step-by-Step Process

Enable Fully Vaccinated

1. Login with Root or Member Administrator security role
2. Select Membership > Member Directory
    
3. Search and Select for Member
4. Select 'Membership Vaccination Status'
5. Update
    
6. Preview Timesheet with the member booking to confirm Medical Briefcase/First Aid icon displays

Only Fully Vaccinated can Book by Booking Rule

1. For current booking rules
   
   1. Select Bookings > Booking Rules
   2. Find Booking Rule in List then Edit
   3. Select Vaccination Restriction by highest grade status eg Booster Vaccination required to book
   4. Save Booking Rule
      
      
   5. Vaccinated restriction is now active
   6. Rows with Vaccinated only Booking Rules applied to timesheets and templates will not need to be updated
      
      
2. For New booking rules
   1. Create or clone a Booking Rule
   2. Select Member Categories
   3. Select any other parameter eg Gender, Age, Hcp
   4. Select Vaccinated or Unvaccinated
   5. Save
   6. Rows in timesheets and templates will need to have the new booking rule applied
